Duke Ellington Memorial Bridge

It's got a nice view, and it has bike lanes and is a good way to avoid Connecticut Avenue traffic using various side street routes through DC. Also quite an impressive piece of architecture to see from below. If you walk across in the dark in reasonably warm weather, you are guaranteed to meet a wide variety of bugs. Not militant ones or anything, but every insect species in the city seems to be crawling around here for some reason.
