Beautiful woodsy trails, and a few lovely views. Budget at least an extra 30 minutes if you want to take the excellent crash course on the Rocky Mountain ecosystem available at the kiosks on the Braille trail near the trailhead. West of the parking lot a road leads to Braille trail. This eventually turns into Beaver Brook trail. The trail can also begin right next to the restrooms by the parking lot. As of yesterday there were spots of snow and mud, but overall fairly dry. I'd personally suggest wearing boots. It took me about 2.5 hours with minimal stops A wooded hike that has some beautiful openings and eventually goes down into the creek bed. The trail has you cross over the creek several times, but not every crossing has a bridge. I managed the unabridged crossings fairly easily due to ice cover. I'm not sure how it goes in the warmer months as I didn't see any logs to help cross. Overall very enjoyable, I didn't run into another person for the first hour and this was on a Saturday around 11am.
