Great park with many options for various loops with good elevation. The highway sounds can be a bit of a bummer but I prefer walking/running along to music so I just popped in my headphones and listened to some sweet jams and was able to tune it out. The noise will quickly dissipates as you get deeper into the woods thou. Also, the roads aren't very well maintained so wear good shoes and bring plenty of water. Quiet and away from the noise of Ann Arbor, I really like this trail
