The trail is amazing! Gorgeous hike with wonderful views of Mt. Rainier. Due to the snow the trail wasn't too crowded but still plenty of people around. The trail head is not clearly marked when starting from the parking area (by the restrooms) so make sure you know where you're going beforehand.The trail turns into National Park territory halfway through and no longer dog friendly.
