Walking at Presidio Promenade Trail

The Presidio is full of trails that lead you on an adventure through many different settings. You'll go through a forest, a cemetery, a military base, and the coast. We hiked up to Lover's Lane Trail, turned right on Mountain Lake Trail, turned right on Ecology Trail around El Polin Springs and the Grassland Restoration. We continued on Ecology Trail to the left then out and back to Inspiration Point. From Inspiration Point we turned right on the Ridge Trail all the way to Immigrant Point overview, then continued on to Batteries to Bluff Trail to the Golden Gate Bridge overlook (toll Plaza), then down the stairs to Fort Point, then took the Gate Promenade back to the East Beach and the starting point.
