Chapada das Mesas National Park

The Cerrado is a tropical savanna that makes up 21% of Brazilian territory; this makes the Cerrado second only to the Amazon rainforest in terms of total land area among the major habitat types of the country. The World Wildlife Fund has designated most of central Brazil as the world's richest savanna with an incredibly heterogeneous range of plants. 

Cocal waterfall is a divine place, a relaxing bath, nature inspires and makes you feel close to God. I was with my family and simply loved it, liked the access and especially the water temperature, that is, very chilled.

Also make sure to visitT "Poço Azul" resort  whichis a great place to cool off from the heat, with two pools that form at the foot of two waterfalls, but the place does not have infrastructure to accommodate a lot of people (a restaurant and a snack bar), logo It is advisable to avoid weekends and holidays. There are also chalets for rent but they seemed to be quite rustic. Activity for those who enjoy nature. They are charging entrance fee that can be 30 reais (in case the water of the river is clean) or 20 for the days with water turbidity.
