Catch a sunset and relax by Lake Vinuela

A beautiful man made lake about 20 minutes up from the coastal town of Torre del Mar. The lake now has a water sports facility where you can hire (motor less) sailing dinghies, wind surfing boards and canoes. The Pueblo Blanco's of Los Romanes, Periana etc are all a short drive away and you get great views of the lake from up in the mountains. You can ask help from Malaga Outdoor, which is a sport activity centre, where during the summer you can rent kayaks, water pedalo, small sailing dinghies, such as toppers. Twice a week we offer an opportunity to try all the afore mentioned out, during a 3 hour session, including a lunch. A great paella which is served at a lovely shaded area, on other occasions, it might be hamburgers. Prices and details can be found on our facebook page, Malaga Outdoor. You will find us, on the main road going from Velez Malaga to Casabermega A 356. Follow directions to Alcaucin, shortly after coming off the A356, past the football ground on your left, and follow the road, with the lake on your left. Past the entrance of Hotel Vinuela, and turn left past the swimming pool, up the road, and turn right, past Aqua Vinuela. Carry on for a further 400 meters, where you will find Malaga Outdoor.
