The trail head is clearly marked with a parking lot and trail sign. The trail is very clearly marked and in excellent condition. The first two miles are fairly flat and easy, the third mile is steep. The last stretch is climbing over and up rocks. The view at the top is exceptional and worth all the effort. If you leave the parking lot and turn left (about 100 feet) directly before the sharp turn in the road is an awesome waterfall that is fun to play in!
