Century Lake Trail off Crags Road is an "in - and-out" trail. For a number of hikes in Malibu Creek State Park, Crags Road serves as the backbone. Follow Crags Road to High Road on wide, flat terrain for an easy loop. Turn left over the bridge at the "T" and turn back onto the Low Road. Moderate hikes include Crags Road to the M*A*S*H on Malibu Creek or Crags Road to Forest Trail, where you can walk along the 1910 planted redwoods and end at the picturesque Century Lake Dam. You can find access to the Century Lake Trail off Crags Road. A portion of Crags Road allows motor vehicles. On the street around the gate where car traffic ends, parking is available. Head inland from the PCH on Kanan Dume Rd. Keep going on Kanan Rd. Turn right onto Lake Vista Dr. Crags Dr., which changes to Crags Rd, turn right after 0.3 miles.
