Hike Tassajara Ridge Staging Area

The Tassajara Ridge Trail is an earthen trail starting at the Tassajara Ridge Staging Area with an additional Longleaf Circle trailhead. The trail features rolling hills and overlooks offering great views of San Ramon, Dublin, and Danville. You will also catch a perfect view of Mt. Diablo on clear days. During the spring and early summer, when the hills are a luscious green, the wildflowers are in full bloom, the cows can be found grazing along the paths, the best time of year to explore this trail. It is possible for hikers to meet cows, mountain bikers and riders.
