There is a beautiful family-friendly lookout more than halfway up the hike then an option to continue to the summit. A bit muddy with quite a few fallen trees on the path and many roots and rocks to navigate over, but the views along the hike, especially at the lookouts were spectacular and breathtaking! no dogs :(
