Its always captivating to watch industrial areas with natural beauty of greenery and planting such as Promenade Plantee of Paris and always reaching tendrils. This place, which is also known as Coulee verte (the green course) is Promenade Plantee that begins at Opera Bastille and continues for around 2 miles following the railway line of old Vincennes. In 1859, this railway line was established to connect Bastille station with Verneuil-1 Etang however, it became non-operating in the year 1969. Later in 1980s, the area got redeveloped and the railways station came down while Opera went up. The railways station was instead turned into amazing parkway in 1993 by the architect designers; Philippe Mathieux and Jacques Vergely.
