Kannesteinen Rock is an aftermath of over 1000s of years of storms, gales, and violent waves to make this possible in an esthetic fashion. You can come very close to it and take your pics, some people even climb on it, but because of constant waves, at times you can`t get very close, even the rocks close by could be slippery, so beware where you stand. Really worth a visit but remember that parking is limited, roads are not the best, but benefit is lack of tourism so it is not crowded. No nearby restrooms or kiosk or souvenir shops.
