Panther Falls is one of the lesser known waterfalls in Banff National Park. Tucked out of the way, and sharing a stop with Bridal Veil Falls, it is certainly worth seeing. It’s a popular climbing spot and in winter, the falls freeze into multiple pillars of ice. Only 0.5km (0.3 miles) from the parking area, the trail is a narrow decent to the falls. If travelling in winter, bring spikes for your shoes so that you can explore the frozen falls in safety!
