Las Salinas de Torrevieja

Torrevieja has two great lakes which are worth to see while you are here; The salt lake and the nature park lake. The salt like shows as purple in the evening sun and the banks of the lake are really salty, so beware to wear your third best jogging shoes. Some do bath in the lake, have mud treatments even through I am not sure if it is totally permitted. However it is a great spot to pop in. The nature park and the lake has paths around the lake to watch the birds and beautiful nature. There is an info house at the beginning. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as you end up walking quite a long way.
