An easy scenic trail. Signage is a bit confusing. Views are great. Trail is a little steep in areas. Nicely exposed in areas, deepest shade in others. All trails/roads are very well maintained and good for long hikes (even if I am not a big fan of steep forest road roller coasters). There are information panels at most trailheads with very good maps of the trails system in waterproof dispensers. I wanted to put my map back in the dispenser upon returning ot my car but the poor leaflet had been beaten to a non reusable pulp. This is not a "secluded " park by any standards and you will likely find traffic on any of the trails on weekends. From my (very limited) experience, the Borden Hatch and Grabtown Gulch trails are the least traveled -- you will also not find many redwood groves on these trails. Dress for both sun and shade; the forest brings a pretty significant drop in temperature and can get a bit chilly.
