Sanspareil is a borough in the Franconian municipality of Wonsees, the upper part of the Free State of Bavaria. It is about 40 miles north of Nuremberg and 45 miles from the border with the Czech Republic. Sanspareil's gardens are next to Zwernitz's medieval castle and not far from Kulmbach's Plassenburg castle of the 12th century.
