Rockaway Beach is 7 miles of wide, clean perfection. Twin Rocks anchors the southern end and offers some great photo ops. During my stay I saw dozens of families, kite fliers, joggers, dogs, and others simply enjoying the scenery. It's an easy walk, although bring something warm as it can get windy and cold. The one drawback is the beachcombing didn't really turn up anything interesting - mainly bits of busted clam shells and broken sand dollars.
