A fairly long and at times slightly difficult trek to get to the waterfall is certainly rewarded with a great experience. Wellies are a must but are generally provided on arrival. The trek to the waterfall can take between 15-20mins and can be tough if its muddy or if you don't cope well with steps. The waterfall is amazing and our kids enjoyed playing in the water and building pebble towers. The icecream shop after the waterfall is well worth a visit before the trek back. Top tip - don't combine this with Tintagel Castle on the same day if you have young children. They are close to each other but the combo is a little too much for their legs.
