Talcott Mountain Trail

This is a great spot spring, summer and fall. It's kid, friend and dog (leashed) friendly. The hike has just a couple of strenuous spots....so I wouldn't call it an easy hike but the steep parts are short and plenty of opportunities to rest. The views of Simsbury and the Farmington Valley are spectacular. On a clear day you can see for miles. Definitely bring your camera for some great shots. You then continue your hike up to Heublien Tower for a short history and a climb to the the top of the tower for a 360 deg view of CT. Enjoy.
