Vasquez Rocks Natural Area Park sits in the desert near Agua Dulce Springs, encompassing over 932 acres of stunning rock formations, as well as a seasonal stream. The rocks date since prehistoric times when the sandstone formations were uplifted at a spectacular angle, showing their wavy red features. The park is a known hiking, picnicking, and horseback riding location and has been a setting in many movies, TV shows, documentaries, and commercials.
